Terms of Service

Effective 24 September 2026. By booking or requesting a quote you agree to these terms.

The work

We photograph the property as it stands on the walk date: rooms you allow, serial numbers we can reach from the ground, sheds, carts, and boats you point out. You receive a USB the same day. We keep a locked copy. Time on site is about ninety minutes for a standard house.

Authority

You confirm you are the owner or have the owner’s authority to let us in and to photograph. You stay on site for the walk. We do not enter locked rooms you skip. We do not go on roofs or ladders.

What this is not

This is not an insurance policy, not a public adjusting contract, not an appraisal, and not a promise that any carrier will pay. We take no cut of any claim.

Price and the order-now rate

The rate shown at checkout is 10% off the list price when you order on this site. You may pay online or pay the day of the walk. The walk is not complete until we have photographed the property and you have paid.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue is St. Lucie County, Florida.
