Refunds and cancellation

Cancel by email to [email protected] before we arrive and a prepaid walk is refunded in full, minus any card processing fee Stripe keeps.

If we have started the walk, the fee is earned. If weather or a closed gate stops the walk through no fault of yours, we reschedule at no extra charge.

The USB is handed over the same day as a completed paid walk. If the stick is lost later, we can copy the archive for a replacement fee.
