Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you book a walk or request a park quote we collect your name, email, phone, address, community, and the notes you type. On a walk we photograph rooms, serial plates, sheds, carts, and boats you authorize. Payment processors (Stripe) collect card data on their servers. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To schedule the walk, build your dated file, send the USB and invoice, answer a park quote, and keep a locked archive copy. We do not sell personal information. We do not use the photographs for advertising without a separate written okay.

How long we keep it

The archive copy of a paid file is kept so a lost USB can be replaced and so a later claim packet can be built. Booking forms and quote requests are kept as business records. You may email [email protected] to ask what we hold or to request a correction.

Florida

We honor Florida’s Digital Bill of Rights to the extent it applies: access, correction, and deletion of personal data that is not required as a business record of the file you paid us to keep. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context advertising.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Forms use a captcha on park quotes. Email is sent over TLS. The house archive is stored on encrypted local media under our control.

Children

This service is for adult property owners and community managers. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
