Start from a shop type, then change the numbers
Rough yearly leak
$0
Not every ring is a job. Spam, callbacks, and people who hang up are why the bookable share is not 100%. An answering service or phone agent has its own bill. We do not promise this money comes back.
How the math works
Missed calls per day × days open × job value × bookable share. Week × 4.33 is a month. Week × 52 is a year. Default 30% booked is conservative for a Treasure Coast service shop. Raise it if most of your missed rings are real customers. Lower it if the line eats robocalls.
Why a shop in St. Lucie cares
Night and lunch rings do not wait for you to wipe your hands. Auto shops, AC trucks, and roofers on this coast lose the job to whoever picks up. If the number is ugly, read the after-hours AI guide and the phone agent guide. Custom routing into your job board is a project, not a gadget.
