Where data goes
The map. Who we are, which vendors see what, how long we keep it. Last updated September 18, 2026.
ZynVoss LLC is a Florida software shop at 6515 Spanish Lakes Blvd, Fort Pierce, FL 34951. Sunbiz lists the company. The phones and this address are on the site. Registrar WHOIS privacy (Perfect Privacy / Domain.com) hides the domain contact from scrapers. It does not hide the company.
We are not the ZYN nicotine brand. That sentence is on the site because people mix the names up. It is not a disguise.
This page is the written answer to: where does data go, which models see it, how long we keep it, and what happens if you leave. Legal terms stay in the privacy policy and terms.

Who we are
Legal name: ZynVoss LLC. Independent Florida LLC. Founder: Christopher Gilliland. Not affiliated with ZYN nicotine, Swedish Match, or Philip Morris International. Official site: www.zynvoss.com.
Data-flow map
Three pipes. They are not the same.
- This public website. A visitor hits IIS on our Fort Pierce host. Pages are ours. Analytics and ads go to Google. Forms go to us by email. Payments for products we sell go to Stripe, not our disk as card numbers.
- Custom work for a client. Their business data stays in the systems the contract names (their server, their tenant, a machine in their shop). We do not take a standing copy of a client’s production database “for AI.” If we need a sample to build or fix something, they give it for that job and we treat it as their property.
- A product with an AI switch on. When a feature calls a language model, the prompt and whatever the product is built to send (for example a site file in SiteVibe, a phone-agent utterance) go to that model provider for that request. If the switch is off, that call does not happen. Local-first products keep the working copy on the customer’s machine. “Local-first” does not mean “never uses a network.” It means the shop can keep working when the vendor is not in the loop, and the default store is local.
Model providers
We do not run a secret model on your data in our basement. When AI is used, it is a named API the customer turned on or a page on this marketing site that does not send your shop’s files anywhere.
- Google. Analytics, AdSense, and reCAPTCHA on www.zynvoss.com. That is the public site, not a client’s garage database.
- Stripe. Cards for purchases we sell.
- xAI (Grok). Used when a ZynVoss tool is wired to Grok (example: SiteVibe site edits). The operator’s prompt and the staging files that tool reads go to xAI for that run. API keys stay on the server, not in the browser.
- Other model APIs (for example Groq or a customer-chosen provider) only where a given product or contract says so. We will name the provider in that product’s settings or the statement of work. We do not silently swap in a fourth vendor.
We do not sell prompts to train a public foundation model. We do not run a consumer data marketplace.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to send us and information that is created automatically when you use the site:
- Inquiries and project briefs. Name, email, phone, company, message, and any files you attach through contact or “start a project” forms.
- Email and phone. Messages to [email protected], [email protected], (772) 971-4448 (office), or (772) 297-1336 (customer support).
- Purchases and licenses. If you buy or trial a product, the payment processor (Stripe) collects payment details. We receive confirmation, email, and license metadata. We do not store full card numbers on ZynVoss servers.
- Job applications. If you apply, we collect the materials you submit (resume, answers, optional interview media) to evaluate the application.
- Technical logs. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, and referral URL. Used for security, spam control, and site diagnostics.
- Cookies and similar technology. Described in the Cookie Policy and in the advertising section below.

Cookies, analytics, and Google advertising
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential function (for example, keeping a cookie-preference choice), security, analytics, and advertising.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Analytics may set cookies on your browser.
We use Google AdSense (publisher ID pub-6847502915213120) to display third-party advertisements on some public pages. Ads are a way we fund published guides and public pages. They are labeled as advertisements.
Inquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA to stop automated spam. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendor cookies at www.aboutads.info/choices. Google’s advertising practices are described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
You can limit non-essential cookies with the banner on this site (“Necessary only”) or by blocking cookies in your browser. Essential cookies may still be used so the site can function.
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run the business:
- Google. Analytics and AdSense, as described above.
- Stripe. Card payments and checkout for products we sell. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to card data.
- Email and hosting providers that process mail and serve this website under our direction.
- Professional advisors (for example, an accountant or lawyer) when a matter requires it.
- Law enforcement or courts if we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising except as described for Google AdSense.
How long we keep information
Inquiry and lead records: as long as needed to respond, do the work, and keep tax/legal records, then deleted or archived. Server logs: rotated. Job-application media: limited period, then deleted. Google Analytics and AdSense: Google’s retention, not ours. Stripe: Stripe’s retention for payments. AI prompts: we do not keep a public archive of customer prompts for resale; a product may keep a local history on the customer’s machine or in their project folder so they can review what they approved.
Email [email protected] and ask what we hold about you.
If you leave
Custom work: you get the deliverable named in the statement of work (code, files, credentials you paid for). We are not holding your shop hostage behind an undocumented API. Packaged products: license terms with the product; local data stays in the folders the product already uses. We do not currently sell a third-party source-code escrow as a SKU. If a contract requires escrow, it has to be in that contract.
If we cannot draw the map for a specific product, do not turn that product’s AI switch on until we can.
Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords on systems that have accounts, and access limits on staff tools. No website is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords or full card numbers by email. Payments go through Stripe Checkout.
Children
This site is for business operators and adult visitors. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Email [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us, subject to legal holds.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in that email, or by writing us. Transactional mail (receipts, project mail) still needs to go through.
- Use Ads Settings and the cookie banner to limit advertising cookies.
International visitors
We operate in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information is processed in the U.S.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. The “last updated” date at the top is the current version.
