Website and PrecisionBoard demo software terms for ZynVoss LLC.

1. Acceptance

By using www.zynvoss.com, requesting a project, or downloading / running ZynVoss demo software (including PrecisionBoard demo builds for Windows, Android, or web), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the demo software.

2. Website

  • Content is provided for business information and marketing purposes.
  • We may update pages, demos, and contact channels without notice.
  • You may not abuse forms, chat, APIs, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or files.
  • Automated scraping that degrades service may be blocked.

3. PrecisionBoard demo software (app compliance)

Time-limited evaluation license. Demo builds are licensed for evaluation only for a limited period (typically three (3) days from first successful activation / unlock on a device), unless ZynVoss LLC grants a written extension.
  • Not production software. Demos are pre-release / evaluation copies. Do not rely on them for regulated production decisions, medical, legal, financial advice, or mission-critical operations.
  • No warranty. Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • No reverse engineering beyond rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
  • No redistribution. Do not sell, sublicense, publicly re-host, or redistributing unlock passwords or installer packages without written permission.
  • Permissions. Mobile and desktop demos only use permissions required for the evaluation experience. They are not designed to collect sensitive personal data beyond what you choose to enter.
  • Unsigned / sideloaded builds. Android APK and desktop installers may not be distributed through public app stores. Install only if you trust the source (ZynVoss LLC). Your OS may show security warnings for sideloaded or unsigned packages; that is expected for private demos.
  • iOS. Browser-based or limited iOS experiences are not a substitute for App Store distribution unless explicitly stated.
  • Age. Demo software is intended for business users 18 years of age or older.

4. Intellectual property

ZynVoss, PrecisionBoard, logos, product UI, copy, and site design are owned by ZynVoss LLC or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited evaluation license above and normal browser viewing of the website.

5. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, harassing, or abusive content in forms or chat.
  • No attempts to bypass download unlock, rate limits, or access controls.
  • No malware, intrusion, or scanning of infrastructure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZynVoss LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the site or demo software. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of fees you paid to ZynVoss LLC in the prior three months for the specific product at issue, or USD $100.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in courts serving St. Lucie County, Florida, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
