How a job actually runs here
ZynVoss LLC is a founder-led shop at 6515 Spanish Lakes Blvd, Fort Pierce, FL 34951. Christopher Gilliland is on the work. We do not run a 40-person account tree. If you call (772) 971-4448, you get a person who can answer what ships this week.
We write scope before we write code. That sounds obvious until you have paid for a “phase 1” that was really a mood board. Discovery here is a short, paid pass: who logs in, what must not break, which spreadsheet is the real system of record, and what v1 will refuse to do. You leave with a sequence, not a slogan.
Discover
We sit with the people who do the job at 7:40 a.m., not only the person who bought the project. Service writers, dispatchers, front-desk, the owner who still texts photos of invoices. We copy real screens and real exceptions. If your Saturday rule is different from your Tuesday rule, that goes in the notes. If we cannot name the users, we do not estimate.
Design
Flows first, chrome second. We sketch the daily loop — intake, assign, status, invoice — and the two screens that will get used a hundred times a day. Architecture is boring on purpose: one primary database, roles, audit on money and permissions, staging that is not “Joe’s laptop.” Change is cheap here. After launch it is not.
Engineer
Weekly visible progress. You can click staging. We do not vanish for six weeks and return with a surprise. Integrations (Stripe, SMS, CRM, accounting export) get their own test accounts and a written failure path: retry, alert, or stop. We will not pretend an API is “easy” when the vendor’s sandbox lies.
Deliver
Launch is a runbook: DNS, backups, a restore test, who gets admin, and what we do if the first Monday is ugly. You get enough documentation that your staff or a future engineer can operate it. We do not hold the only copy of the keys as a business model.
Evolve
After go-live we expect change requests. Budget a retainer or you will freeze a tool the business outgrows. We would rather ship a smaller v1 with a written out-of-scope list than a heroic price that assumed we already knew your shop.
What we will not do
- Quote a marketplace “like Uber” with no scope.
- Call ourselves HIPAA certified, SOC 2 certified, or PCI assessors. We are a Stripe merchant. Healthcare work is designed carefully and still needs your counsel.
- Hide ads or pop-ups over the thing you hired us to build.
- Staff a project with anonymous offshore seats you cannot name.
Typical ranges live in the 2026 cost guide. If you want a number on your job, use the calculator and send the output to [email protected].
Monday status is a URL or a short note — not a status meeting to have a status meeting. If you cannot look at staging, say so. If a vendor API is the risk, it gets its own week, not a footnote. Launch includes a restore test and who holds admin. After go-live, budget a retainer or the tool freezes while the business moves. That is the whole process. Phone (772) 971-4448.
