The product

Self-managed VPS and optional domain names. We run hardware, network, and hypervisor. You run the guest OS, patches, firewall, backups, and apps. Root is yours. This is not a managed desk and not a 99.9% SLA unless a signed order says otherwise.

Account

You must confirm the email. You must be 18. You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may disable an account that breaks the AUP or these terms.

Money

VPS is billed monthly at the intro rate shown at checkout (two-year intro). Domains are billed for one year. Stripe processes the card. Prices on the page are USD. We do not collect sales tax in checkout today (no Stripe Tax registrations). You are responsible for taxes that apply to you.

After you pay

Payment does not instantly stand a server up or register a name. We email you. Domain registration and VPS go-live are finished by us after payment.

OFAC / export

You may not buy if you are on a U.S. sanctions list or in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction. Stripe already screens cards. We can refuse or cancel an order.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost data inside your guest OS, downtime of apps you installed, or registrar/registry failures. Cap: fees you paid us for the product in the 3 months before the claim. Florida law, St. Lucie County venue.
