How to cancel

Email [email protected] from the account address. Service runs through the period already paid. We do not pro-rate unused days unless a signed order says otherwise.

Refunds

Refunds are case-by-case, not a published money-back SLA. Chargebacks go through Stripe. If we never stood the VPS up and you paid, email us — that is the case we look at first.

Failed payment

A failed card does not create a live server or a registered domain. Your configure choices stay on the shop so you can pay again. We do not show “live” unless the order is marked live.

Domains

A registered name is a registry object. After it is registered, cancel does not automatically delete the name. See Domain terms.
